Payments

Keep in mind, a $30 deposit is required which goes towards your total balance when booking.

Your remaining balance can be paid with exact cash or e-transfer.

Rescheduling

  1. Cancel & reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit is TRANSFERABLE ONCE.

  2. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book.


If you are LATE please let me know and I may be able to accommodate. If 15 minutes have passed since your appointment time without a response/reply from you, your appointment is CANCELLED and a new deposit will be required to book.

Refunds

Appointments that were cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive an automatic refund of the deposited amount.

Any appointments cancelled without a 48-hour notice will not receive a refund.

All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. A complimentary fix is redeemable up to 48 hours after the appointment.

Other

We are currently not accepting foreign fills, please book a removal with your appointment.

Please note that Lunisculté is based in a shared studio.
